I dig my hole, you build a wall. E.

The Colonists is now available DRM-free, 10% off until October 31st, 4pm UTC.

Leaving Earth behind, these cute little robots are now making themselves a new home in another planet. They gather, they farm, they build, they reproduce. They live. Help them reach their full potential in this lovely city-builder that evolves alongside them.

AlienMind: Why do robots need sheep?
Perhaps they are welsh robots?

vv221: You need to listen to this: Build That Wall (Zia's Theme)
Then you need to play through this: Bastion
And of course you can try the other games by this great team: Supergiant Games
The music in the game was great. The game itself however was pretty basic, linear, and repetitive.

Both the music and visual aesthetic are great, it will be hard to argue about this ;)
On the other hand, I liked the gameplay too. Sure, there is nothing revolutionary in it, but the implementation is really well done and I had a lot of fun with this game.
Is it me, or does the robots look like the children of Wall-E and Eve?
First impression:

"Awww they so cuuuuute!" :D

Second impression after the first combat footage:

".... Their Cylon's in the making" @_@

How long the game will be in the online stores if the Disney lawyers hear this ?
Well Robo Settlers is right up my alley. Thanks for the gog release.

Edit: Is there going to be a sandbox mode? Cause the game only has a limited campaign mode at the moment.

ill throw in my standard indie before they can really expect this kind of haul.

Super interested but.... 25 bucks?!??!!?
Robots that reproduce - now there's a frightening thought.
Interesting.

You'd think a Sandbox/Skirmish mode would be perfect for such a game. =/

And why are none of the animals moving about (judging by the trailer)? That's a serious turn-off when playing games à la The Settlers...

Are batteries not included?

if you do it on a cliff the sheep will push back
Cute but what makes it different to the other sims out there? If it's all the same human activities like growing food, raising animals, fishing then it's simply another [take you pick] clone with robot characters. If I play a robot survival game I want it to also have robot mechanics.
