whalehammergames: Hey folks!

We're running an AMA on Reddit at the moment.

I'll jump on here tomorrow to answer any questions you have about the game :)

I'd do it after the AMA, but it's 1am here, so I think bed will be necessary after that wraps up.

Peter
Thanks Peter! I'm hoping to try it out tonight and will try to field what questions I can about general gameplay and such afterwards.
Will have to wait for a couple of reviews but I may get this as I like how it is priced. :D
In light of the Armello fiasco, among other examples, how committed are the devs to supporting this GOG release?

Looks interesting, but I'm getting gun shy with indie titles on GOG.

IAmSinistar: Woo hoo! Got my KS backer key, and they are going to make the KS extra available through GOG as well.
Me, too :)

I'd say they're off to a good start. They are making the KS-exclusive content available through my GOG account. A lot of devs just give DRM-free backers a Dropbox link or similar for those extras. These davs have actually gone to the trouble to add it to GOG's system. That's quite laudable.
There's an *early* (alpha) demo build available for download on Indiedb. Think it features just one conversation / dilemma and one battle scenario, but should be enough to get a feel for the gameplay. I decided to buy Tahira after playing around with the demo for a bit.

Good question .
low rated
Looks good, i asked the dev about effects like lightning and all that during battle, Lord of Xulima had a part were this took place, lucky for me they added a way to disbale the fullscreen lightning flashes , cause more people asked about options to turn on/off weather effects.

In many old games of the past , weather controls and more like that were included by default, this would make sure that as much as possible gamers would be able to buy the game.
Today most of the times tehse effects cannot be turned on or off they are in the game and you have to do with them.

So i am waiting till i hear if these apply and if zooming and rotating of the screen is needed in order to get the most out of the game.
It definitely looks compelling and like it has potential to be good / vg. I look forward to hearing about it / the experience more from some players!

Holy smokes that is just awful! Is that list really accurate and up to date? I could swear I got some Hand of Fate updates this past spring.

What a bunch of of lazy sack shit developers.
I wish I had 4 GB of RAM...I'm downloading the Indiedb demo to see if I have any chance to play it. Thanks daveyd!

There's virtually no difference between the GOG build and the Steam build except for Steamworks, which we can switch off with one line of code. So we'll always send GOG our new builds at the same time we update the Steam version. Nothing to worry about on that front :)

ElTerprise: The game looks really cool and the price pretty decent too :)

Are we getting the OST here too?

And i guess you either have to correct the announcement post or the gamecard because i fail to see the Mac and Linux version...

Edit: Thanks for gamecard fix :)
The OST should be up soon.

Glad to hear! Thanks for this information.
Was a KS backer for this - looking forward to trying it out this weekend!
