Please Note: SWAT 4: Gold Edition only supports multiplayer connectivity over LAN or direct connection.

If Emperor Rise of the Middle Kingdom happens then my desires for Activision games on GOG will be basically complete. (Of course, they have many other classics that'd be cool to see here.)

Shame that SWAT 3 isn't supported past Win 7.

Awesome release! Never got my hands on the newer SWAT game(s), time to fix that! Also, I miss Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear but i guess if it was to show up on GOG, it would already be here. Anyway, have fun everybody!

What kind of engine does this use? I am curious if it something that Activision could release the source code to(probably unlikely that they would..but if it is some licensed engine then they certainly wouldn't do it..because they couldn't.)

Ermagerd. Awesome. Just last year or so I read an article that suggested that the game is stuck in some legal limbo, had almost given up hope on it ever getting a GOG release.

It's awesome in singleplayer but I've had some of may favourite multiplayer experiences in its coop mode. Fantastic stuff.
