Sorry for the delayed reply. I haven't been online since my initial post.

Admittedly my main reason is nostalgia. I played a bit of this on the N64, but I had a PC version demo disc for this game when it launched and played it over and over. It was part of the level where you fight the walkers as in this video. It was a blast and I always wanted the full game. I did get to briefly borrow the N64 version but not long enough to ever beat it. The thought of getting to fly, run around, and be in different "modes" and environments always intrigued me. :)

haydenaurion: Memories of X-mas night 1996 with my N64 are flooding back to me. First games I got for it were Mario 64, Killer Instinct Gold, Mortal Kombat Trilogy and Shadows.
I'm jealous of you in 1996. I'd love that this Christmas! :D

The game engine is old and has some serious clipping issues if you don't do that.

Well, I downloaded the game just after release time, and the fog option was turned on by default.

Didn't have to change anything, apart from the resolution.

Holy shit, I could never really get through this one because of the controls at the time. I can't wait to actually play through this on PC. I never expected a port, so this is very cool. If there was one N64 title that I wanted on PC, it was this one.

The clipping doesn't have anything to do with the resolution.

You wouldn't be jealous of the part where the X-mas tree was WAY overdecorated to the point it literally fell over while I played KI Gold. Had to pick the damn thing back up at around 3 am and have another shower to get the damn tree sap off of me. -_-
