dyscode: umhmmm ASPYR... uhhmm. After Stubbs was such a turd, I'll cautiously wishlist this for now.

SargonAelther: Stubbs the Zombie is amazing, what are you on about?
I know the GOG version is outdated compared to steam, but still perfectly playable.

May the GoG be with you :)

Are the over-excited posts here serious? This is one of the worst Star Wars games ever! It wasn't a hit on the Gamecube and can't have magically gotten much better now.

I think it's Mandalorian's work, they have something against the Empire xD in reality, you just need four friends and you to click on + 5 times to get high. I like it and waiting for 75off lol but it would be ideal to show under the posts who thanked/liked that post, like on other forums.

It is much more playable with moderd gamepad and also with Mouse + Keyboard. At least, one of the Youtubers said so in his video:

ReynardFox: This was a GameCube game, not a PS2 one, the PS2 did get a heavily downgraded version afterwards though.
They were released concurrently, the GameCube version was released a couple of weeks later IIRC.

But yes, the PS2 version is inferior to the GameCube. This PC version improves on both.

This game seems to have a cult following. Reading threads about it, I saw nothing but praise for the game over the years. I can't complain because Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace is one of my favorite SW games.

IMHO, Jango Fett should be cloned forever in all of the know universes. Just saying ...

Bah, Jango was only a copy/paste of Boba Fett to please the fans of the Original Trilogy.

Outdated or not, the Aspyr remaster broke a bunch of audio and visual effects.

Reaper9988: As in does it use the same assets as the PS2 Version or were they somewhat redone?

P-E-S: A bit of both from the looks of it, but mostly just crisper.
Aw man, looks like a load of cruddy "AI" upscaling and texture replacement. I'd expect this from an ugly fan mod. I'd rather just emulate the original game...

I remember playing this on my good old PS2, I think it was in 2006 or 2007. At the time, I didn't think it was a big deal, it was in short a boring experience. I don't know now... But when it comes to a "Remaster", I think it will be the same boring experience but with a new layer of polish (or not).

And while we're talking about bounty hunters, I think now would be a good time for GOG to bring Mace Griffin - Bounty Hunter to the table: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pnwXi4kh5L8
