RPGFanboy: So owners of the original have to pay for the update?
No, read the dev post above - original owners will get it for free. Some technical issues at the moment though.

[EDIT] Ninja'd by dev post!

Edward_Carnby: But no offline installers available at this moment.
Oh well - I can wait. =)
Thank you for noting this. Sadly whenever something releases or gets updated, we don't always have clarification on whether that means the offline installers are indeed there (despite them being the whole point of buying on this store).
Hey GOGblues: I had this added to my shelf, but it is not marked as owned in the catalog. That's an oopsie. Fix it please?

ThomNG: No, please see my post above :) If you own SpellForce 3, you will get the Reforced Update/Version for free.
Any chance of your convincing GOG to mark the newly-gifted (thank you!) reforced edition as "owned" for owners of the original edition?

Am I the only one who thinks this is GOG's new motto?

ThomNG: Great chance to buy the full franchise now with the sale being active in addition.
Not really, because you still failed to add the Achievements feature to this game, even in the "Reforced" version, even though your Steam customers do get them.

And there are also other Spellforce titles you have on GOG which suffer from this problem too, as well as other THQ games that are not Spellforce-related.

Until if/when THQ fixes that problem of treating GOG customers unequally with some of your games, then consumers like myself aren't going to buy any of your games that do that.

Please finally do the right thing and give all of your GOG releases - both new and old - full feature parity.

Does anyone know, if Spellforce 3 Reforced support LAN or Direct IP multiplayer ?

How about:
"We are GOG.COM, the bugless-free home for an unrated selection of games"
?
SpellForce 3 Reforced got added to my library...I didn't pay for It...normal?

I thought SpellForce 3 Reforced didn't have the achievements either, but I can see them on Galaxy. So even though THQ Nordic still has some work to do with some of its titles on GOG, it's on the right track, having added them to Titan Quest recently as well.

Now I would like them to fix some of the achievement bugs in their games that have been reported many times.

Yes. Assuming you own SpellForce 3 (now called SpellForce 3 Legacy), which this edition replaces.
Will the new buyers of SpellForce 3 Reforced get SpellForce 3 (Legacy)?
