Am I missing something? Cause to me it looks like the most generic requirements one can put in a modern videogame.

I tried running what I think was the last demo version on my small laptop (Celeron CPU, 4GB RAM), and it was too slow to be playable; even quitting the game from the main menu was a pain.

So yes, the system requirements do really seem to be that high.

(Meanwhile, games like Nox Archaist and Realms of Antiquity, even with the required emulation layer, run fine on this system.)

Are Ygritte, Jon Snow and Jet Black actual characters in the game, or just a part of box art?

I am going to purchase the game right now. One of my favorite wishlisted titles this year. But I will advise to developers. I am sick about the damn Unity nightmare. Bad performance when it shouldn't be a real reason; Worse in 2d than in 3d. And in 3d is no much better.

I will test your thing. The last time I played the demo It was not so bad and I was playing the game in a very poor rig. Now I can play it in a much better computer. But for god's sake. Work in a different engine. Solasta or Pathfinder work like shit just because the damn engine (or talent of the developers?)

Whatever, I am sure this is going to be one of the best open world, ultima style kind of games of the year if not ever made considering what I have tested

Who in this day and age releases for macOS and not for Linux? Developer must be a macOS user.

Very cool looking game though.
