Finally making dem free throws.

Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn is now available, DRM-free on GOG.com.
After a less-than-stellar first outing back in '94, Shaq is on the rebound, ready to kick evil celebrity ass with sick combos, over-the-top weapons, and a fierce rap track performed by the man himself. Punch, kick, throw and defame these demonic Hollywood posers as you side-scroll through the globe.

Note: Currently the game is English only. The rest of the supported languages (namely FIGS, RU, and BR-PT) will be available shortly.

pferreira1983: For some reason I've never followed the Internet backlash against this game. Shaq-Fu is nowhere near the worst game ever, it's not even the worst fighting game ever! If Shaq-Fu is guilty of anything is being average.
The really, really bad games might rarely be popular choices for "worst game ever" because they are simply so broken that they never really spread. "Worst game ever" is usually more about disappointment and unmet expectations than objective quality. Even E.T. on the 2600 – it's definitely buggy and frustrating as hell, but there really were dozens, if not hundreds, of VCS games that were clearly worse, in my opinion. I doubt E.T. would be the consensus "worst game ever" if it hadn't shifted such a darn high number of copies based on license and hype.

Flawed "bad" games/movies/music/books can be charmingly trash. Shaq Fu is a case in point. Really bad ones are too boring to merit any superlatives, even "worst" is too much praise for them.

I usually say to people who claim that some trashy C-movie is the worst thing they've ever seen: then you have not seen many truly bad movies in your life, you lucky, lucky person :)

I'm in all full agreement there but criticising Shaq-Fu is a rather obvious thing for a YouTuber or online gamer to do. It shows a complete lack of knowledge in video gaming.
One of the weirdest and lamest game I've ever played

Friend: "You're into bad movies, right? Did you see <such & such movie>? It's got to be the worst movie ever!"
Me: "No, I haven't seen it. Did Ed Wood direct it?"
Friend: "Um...no?"
Me: "Then it's not the worst movie ever."

I'm curious. How do you rank Manos, then? I think it's not the worst movie, but without guidance, hoofa is it a tough one.

It's not even close to worst game ever. It's average but not terrible.
