RyaReisender: Anyone knows if this is a metroidvania like old Shantae games or a stage-based platformer like Half-Genie Hero?

Memecchi: 100% metroidvania
Cool, thanks for replying!
Definitely wishlisted.
Now the price is correct on Brazil. :)
Is there a mandatory insta-fail stealth section, or any other similarly obnoxious part?

No.

Edit: I don't remember stealth levels throughout the series. It's been a while since I played the other games, so maybe I'm forgetting something.

Well, in Pirate's Curse:
There's a section called "Run Run Rottytops!", where getting hit sends you back to the beginning of the room.
Later on, there's an insta-fail stealth section, where getting seen sends you back. (See 37:30 in this SGDQ video:

Great news! Thanks GOG!

Patias: I just wanted to understand how difficult it is for these companies to add achievements to their games on the Galaxy. They are present on all other platforms, so why not on the Galaxy?
avatar
jsidhu762: The Switch version doesn't have achievements either. I'm a little salty about it.
For one simple reason: Nintendo Switch don't have an achievement system. GOG, yes!

That’s a great section, mostly for the music. In fact the music throughout is good. You can get all the soundtracks on bandcamp too name your own price (search for virt), great deal. And shovel knight.

LA Noire for the Switch has achievements. And Pokemon Black/White 2 for the DS had something similar.

You are talking about internal achievements, which have nothing to do with the system. Thousands of games have internal achievements, that's not the point.
