blakstar: No pre-order extras showing up for me either, and the store's only showing that I apparently have the standard edition, instead of Deluxe.

Ah -- I guess therein lies the problem. My pre-order screen mentioned a code for a long time, but there was no code shown, and I haven't received any other notification of a code!

I'm having trouble redeeming my code too. When sending in a support ticket do I use my actual name or my GOG username? I ask because the field automatically populates with my username.
