That's really nice of them.
Mmm, not sure what to think about this. SW2 was pretty bad looter and randomisation. But this one, from steam comments drop all that, so that would be a bonus. It then I look at the videos and it looks like a childrens playground with jack in the box enemies and Lo Wang looks like a generic 20xx “star” with zero humour. So they giveth with one hand and take away with the other it seems.
Think I will go play the 2013 one.
I don't like this game because:

- I heard it's only 6 hours long, which is a ludicrously short length given it's high price tag.

- I resent how they fired the real Lo Wang voice actor, for SJW reasons, solely based on his ethnicity.

- They didn't even draw Lo Wang properly in this game either; that guy is a different character than the real Lo Wang from the first two SW games from the same devs.

- The atmosphere looks like a My Little Pony cartoon, instead of the grim, dark, gritty, horror style of atmosphere that the first SW game from these devs has.
As I said before, I'm severely tempted. Around six hours is very much around the short end of the stick but I had a damn lot of fun with the first Shadow Warrior. The second absolutely and completely did not work for me in any way.

I'll have to watch this. It's going to be a real pain to filter out all the woke-screaming idiots though when trying to go through reviews.

Personally, I like the new visuals and the tone. I prefer my shooters to be full ahead stupid -a bit like the original Shadow Warrior of the '90s was.
I'm a bit tired of all games taking themselves too seriously, and you can find grim darkness everywhere already. A bit of weird "carnival" demons is a welcome change.

I did read it is fast as "forum poop". o_O

Anyway, this look okayish, will have to wait for some reviews.
Thanks for the codes but I already own those games. Only pre-ordered for the sword.

From what I've read seems that the game is decent, but it's also a step backward in many areas in comparison to Shadow Warrior 2: no exploration, no juggling with weapon mods, worse voice acting etc. It's also short and has nothing to offer after finishing it. Basically those who expect a linear, classic shooter should be satisfied. I expected that the ideas of SW2 will be expanded. That's why I'm a little disappointed and will wait for a sale unfortunately.
To the wish list and wait for the owners' reviews before buying.
Personally, I have enjoyed the previous releases in the series.
The game length is a real repellent. Even the 2013 SW had 17 levels and took well over 10-13 hours to finish.

6 hours for 50 bucks is absolutely a wait for sale.

The game crashed a bunch of times during my hour of playtime, runs choppy on my system and I heard coil whine a couple times.
Uninstalled and asked for a refund, the game seems fun, but I'll wait for a few months until they (hopefully fixed those issues.

I'll get downvoted into oblivion for saying this...

...but if it weren't for people REEEEE-ing in the comments, I'd have no idea they changed Lo Wang's voice actor. The new guy has practically the same voice and delivery.
