Looks kinda nice... but also a bit pretentious and full of itself.

Also this
"Gather unique collectibles to unlock an alternative ending."

is something I absolutely despise in games.
From the system requirements:

"These are preliminary system specs that can and will change!"
Shouldn't this be settled before listing the game for sale?
Wonders full of. It's like a story about a typical Blue Boy that moved to Red Dragon land to find out... more about life. I saw a Red Dragon Mum in Shrek 1, she's all right.
So this is Journey with more traditional gameplay.

It's cute and I appreciate that it launched with achievements.

But a Ryzen 7 is a steep requirement for the graphics on display, and "These are preliminary system specs that can and will change!" is not acceptable once the game has been released. I'm also unsure about the art style. At times, it looks like the flat, nearly textureless style that I can't stand, while other times textures are clearly visible and colors are strikingly vibrant. It looks better to me in the description previews and the screenshots than in the trailer. I'll give it a second look some other time and maybe search for gameplay footage.

Yay another 2D/3D puzzle solving platforming indie.... I suppose it's better than another anime with rpg maker/visual novel and porn aspects... YAWN.

Where are the games with meat to them?

Defininitely gettng a whiff of pretentiousness from the description, and to me main character's design is way too 'generic indie' and unappealing, plus there's something about the contrast and lighting, everything feels oversaturated and eye strainingly bright.

I keep hoping against hope next year we might see some Lord of the Rings games come here, like Star Trek this year. Battle for Middle-Earth 1&2, Return of the King... Two Towers gettting a belated PC port like Dark Alliance would be amazing.

If any of those came out that you mentioned, I would eat them up day 1. Instabuy for sure.
Cute. Wishlisted for now.

I was thinking it looks a lot like RiME, but I see now that RiME looks a lot like Journey :). I guess the whole ruins thing isn't exactly unique :/. I didn't like Flower but would give Journey a try if it came here (wishlist).

That being said, this studio and RiME's developer are both in Madrid so I wonder if at least some artists and possibly developers worked on both games?

I'm not sure about the story in this one but at this price I'll give it a try. 12GB (edit: corrected), though, so it will be a bit before it downloads :/. Normally I don't worry too much about vague CPU specs (i5 vs i7 isn't something that actually makes a difference and most games don't use the CPU that heavily), however RiME was not optimized well at all unfortunately and if this game is similar it might actually need a fairly decent CPU.

We had not another teen movie now we need not another pretentious trite indie game.

I wouldn't piss on this stuff if it was on fire.

and why does this game get an announcement when the terminator dlc didn't.
