Release is today, but i can not install the game. What is happend ?

It would be helpful if you tell us what is happening when you try to install the game. Are you getting some sort of error? If so, what is it? Can you not find the game after you download it? Is Aische Pervers popping out of your screen, sitting on your lap and distracting you when you try to install?
More information would be helpful.

Of course the OP cannot install Railroad Empire... there's no such a game on GOG. :P
