Predynastic Egypt is now available DRM-free, 50% off until October 31st 2pm UTC.

Before claiming the top of the civilizations pyramid, the Egyptians had to deal with plenty of ground-level problems: decimating epidemics, conflicts with enemies of the state both on the inside and outside, taming the land. Hello,

Never heard of this game before but since I like Egypt themed games, I want to check this out. Now it looks like something I'm not familiar with and it reminds me of a mobile game I once saw in the same vein.

Is this accessible for someone not great in 4X ('cause I suppose it's a bit like that) ? Well, for 5€ it wouldn't be a great risk to take :p

EDIT : Ah, yes, there's a demo too, I'll start here then ;p

Why no Release of the newest part Egypt Old Kingdoms?
As I can read on Steam gameplay wise it is almost the same but with more features.

Is it me or the game looks a lot like Bronze by Dreamspike Studios?
I don't know if the gameplay is similar.

Turn based strategy in a non-standard setting and with a demo? Nice! And a Linux release too. Very nice! Thank you, Clarus Victoria!
I'm going to download the Demo right away and try it and probably buy it tomorrow.
