The spiritual successor to Baldur's Gate is here.

Pillars of Eternity, in which adventure continues beyond The Gate, is available now for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux, DRM-free on GOG.com!

It's you, and your band of companions, against the world. A brand new fantasy world! A realm of long lost treasures and ancient mysteries buried beneath the depths of monster-infested dungeons. Pillars of Eternity sets out to redefine all that we know about character building, questing, and grinding. The thrill of the uncharted, the wonder of a sprawling, classic RPG epic is finally back!

Pillars of Eternity comes in three editions. The Hero Edition includes the base game, but more loot awaits the collectors out there!
The Champion Edition comes packed with special bonus content, including a full digital soundtrack, a high-res map, a campaign almanac, and more!
Royal Edition packs in even more bonus content. In addition to the Champion Edition goodies, four additional pieces of content exclusive to the Royal Edition can be yours now: a digital novella by Chris Avellone, collector's book PDF, high-resolution concept art, and a digital strategy guide.

If you bought the Hero Edition or Champion Edition, and you like the goodies included in the larger editions, all hope is not lost. We're currently working on making edition upgrades available for Pillars of Eternity . Stay tuned for future updates!

Gather your party and venture forth. Pillars of Eternity is finally out now, DRM-free on GOG.com!

Warning - bonus content for Champion Edition causes GOG Downloader to crash (when added after game and DLC)
Great! Thanks, GOG! :D

And now most important question - how to upgrade from Champion Edition (from first batch of pre-order) to Royal Edition?
Finally :)
+1 to the above - offer a DLC upgrade for CE (before RE was announced/released)
My download has begun. It's slowing up my entire system in the process ;D

Almost 2 gigs down...

I am also having this issue
The Hero Edition link goes to the Champion Edition.

Well, off to the wishlist it goes. It will definitely be a few years before I get this one! :)
I can't believe that the two years and half wait has ended.

A little magic missile for RPG, a big firebolt for video games.
409MB in Wallpapers, probably the biggest collection yet in a game on GOG.
Sorry, I don't buy $90 games. Or, apparently, even $45 games that offer $90 versions.

Unfortunately GOG will be Galaxy by the time this sees a discount and Humble only sells Steam. Oh well. Maybe I'll just play BG. :)
I need to remember to get my key redemption from the Kickstarter.
It refuses to download for me. It stopped at 1.6gb/3.9gb and the 3rd file won't even continue.
I hope GOG's new library system they're working on will fix the ownership notices for all of these different editions of games. I have the "Kickstarter Hero" Edition. Because of this, according to GOG's catalog, I don't own *any* edition of PoE. The same thing happens with Wasteland 2.

Well, you don't really miss anything with the $45 version (I got it myself from Obsidian).
The other version offer bonuses, but nothing you really need and nothing ingame (except to bonus items for pre-order).
It's not like they are offering you the "pay more if you want a complete game"... erm... "choice"...
