He's been here since October 2010. I'm sure he already knows that. It's basic.

misteryo: I contacted support, and they sent me a discount code via email, and I used it and it worked. Thanks, GOG!
avatar
qwixter: So what category did you pick for the support? I picked website glitch and have not heard anything back.
I picked problem with an order. Sent it in earlier today, waiting for a reply.

order : not applicable

problem type :gift / promo codes issues

attach a nice screenshot (not a gogbear dressed for halloween as suggested Sachys ;) )

Thanks, I gave that one a try too since I have not heard back from them in over a day on the other.

Well, it's the weekend. I'm not sure you'll hear from them before Monday.

Yep. I don't expect a reply at this point until the weekend is over.
It's a shame that as a backer of the more thorough remake of this game I didn't get the option of a GOG version of this semi remake, but hey it's pretty much free so I'm definitely not complaining. It just would be nice if more devs thought to offer GOG keys as an option where possible.
Got my replacement code from gog support, so thanks to gog support.
Yep, got mine now too. Thanks GOG support!
avatar
DyNaer: Thanks, now waiting the gogbears have decided to tag the game as "owned" ... :P
avatar
JudasIscariot: That should also be fixed :)
Unfortunately it's not. Game is still shown as not owned. :(
I think GOG have solved the problem. I sent a support request on Friday and received a response telling me to use the code I'd already been given and it worked.

I noticed that when putting the code in this time, the page stated 1 item at 70% rather than 0 at 70%.

So if anyone has a code and hasn't written to support yet, it's probably worth trying again at this time.

Same thing here. I just redeemed it with my existing code and everything went through with no problems.
Huh, so I wanted to check this out today, but strangely enough, I can't find the original Pathologic at all anymore... Neither in the store nor in my library (although it still shows up under "orders & settings"). Does anyone else have that problem, or is it only me?
Just not sure if I should contact support or if it's some problem on my end...

For the library, try refresh (https://www.gog.com/user/refresh).

For the store, it's no surprise, as the original Pathologic has been removed from GOG's catalogue and is no longer available for sale.
