It's different; each DLC in the Order Of Battle series is a game in itself. The 'base' game is the shell and that is why it is free on some platforms, then you add the dlc you want. On gog the base game comes with the U.S. Pacific DLC.

How do you get this one to stop sending network requests?
I'm getting this message all the time. My Gaming PC has no Internet connection for a good reason.

Waiting for all the network timeouts and clicking on error-message aint fun. It also freezes when you want to exit (window gets greyed out with the "application doesn't respond anymore"-windows-dialog).

I'm getting this message all the time. My Gaming PC has no Internet connection for a good reason.
Just click on "No" and the game will proceed as normal. I think it merely checks for updates / new DLCs with this network request.
