Outrunning oppression.

Mirror's Edge™, the energetic free-running action game with the striking visual design, is available now, DRM-free on GOG.com, with a 50% launch discount.

The gleaming, utopian appearance of the city cannot fool Faith. She's seen how things are run around here, with everyday activity being monitored closely and sensitive pieces of information constantly changing hands high above the oblivious citizens. Now her sister is being framed for a crime she didn't commit and Faith must employ every bit of her resourcefulness and parkour talents to run the rooftops, avoid the authorities, and expose the truth.
The revolutionary first-person running mechanics and intense hand-to-hand combat make Mirror's Edge™ into a spectacular action romp, boosted by its pristine aesthetics and unmatched sense of flow. Leap, climb, race, and slide across the dangerous cityscape, always staying mindful of your surroundings and occasionally being ready to flee rather than fight, when the situation grows desperate.

Navigate Faith through high-speed chases atop the city's skyscrapers and discover what's hiding behind the Mirror's Edge™, DRM-free on GOG.com.
The 50% discount will last until September 29, 12:59 PM UTC.

obviously the best of today's releases. does anyone know how this one compares to console versions?
On one side is tempting but it really feel like paying premium just for being DRM-free ( $5 on Origin, $10 on Steam) .. well gonna hold off buying it for now.
low rated
I already have Mirror's Edge on Steam so i'll pass. :D

But it's at least better than another rogue like indie game release.
I've got it on Steam as well... got stuck at one weird wall jumping section and rage quit... might be time to try again as I liked it up to that point.
Nice and unexpected! :O
Thanks to a generous goglodyte I have it on Origin, but will definetly buy it here. I really love this game :D
high rated

Absolutely. I wouldn't mind seeing some older games released, too, but Mirror's Edge is also a very good release.
And with regional pricing too! Only $3 here in Argentina. I'm really glad to see this being implemented here, you're among the few storefronts that actually give us fair prices instead of charging US and European prices. Thank you GOG / EA.
Unfortunately i've already gotten all I can out of it on my Xbox 360 version, wish there was more of it. Still, a pretty good game for those that haven't played it yet.

Maybe next month ;) At least now we can expect a Sims 2/3 Collection with all DLC's included...
Fantastic title released by EA today! Thanks!

I have this on PS3 and on Xbox 360, will have to play it! :) Now that GoG trailer made me more eager to play it :)
Never played The Sabouter. Is it good?
Hopefully this game will also become part of the "Reclaim your game" program because I'm still not interested to buy a game twice.
