Better late than never?
Still, on Steam it was given for free to previous owners of Mark of the Ninja, day one.
So, it's not only coming years late, but it even kinda insults the "second class citizens" who decided to buy here. I'm impressed.

EDIT: sorry, I must learn to read. :P
The game is actually free if you own the special edition, 75% off if you only have the standard one.
Still, late. Like, very late.

About fucking time!

Was expecting them to send it out to die without notification as they did with the Don't Starve expansion Hamlet.

What do you mean by that? I owned the old GoG release and I appear to automatically own this new version.

The OP says it is 75% for owners of the old version while 60 for the others.

EDIT wait, I misinterpreted. it is free if you have the special edition, 75% off you only have the regular one.

Same here. I checked in just to see that I got it for free.

Same here, the new version appeared as "owned" in my collection.
Took half an eternity, but finally, it´s here. :)

I´m curious if it´s really such a well done remaster as reviews were saying at release.

Edit: Yes, it really is. Glorious HighResHighFramerate-Support is in there, in combination with excellent performance. :)

Did they give it for free even to those who bought the standard version?

edit: disregard the above post; things happened way too fast! :P

Thanks. It has been a LONG time, but at least it was a gift (owner of the old "Special Edition"). :)

You are right, I got confused between standard and special edition. Sorry, my bad!

It does say though that you only get it free if you bought the Special Edition which was removed and only the standard remained.

This is pretty sweet! I thought Klei Studios just totally abandoned GOG. Awesome to see it show up. Really late yes, but happy non the less to have it DRM Free.
I own the original on Steam and got the Remaster for free because I also had the DLC.
That's what might be happening here?

If you only own the base game, then you only get 75% discount.

Edit: Just read everything on the news article and it's confirmed.

Also, since the original version seems now to be delisted, is it included as a goodie when you buy the Remaster?

And last but not least, when is Shank 1+2 coming here?
