I really can't grasp this whole idea of "sex is bad".

How the hell do you people think you were born? Your parents fucked the hell out of each other! Or someone else, who knows?

I don't get this at all. Every single mainstream movie and/or show needs to have a romance & a "sex scene" that adds nothing to the plot, but somehow everyone is ok with & demands to see the silhouettes of two actors rubbing against one another, but if you make something where sex IS the centrepiece, then it's bad.

Frankly, I'm more insulted at all the forced romances crammed in where they have no place other than pandering to the audience than something like this.

It's just fun, people! What the hell is wrong with you?

This is and has been my problem. The forced romances and forced fanservice stuff in all media. Fanservice is fine but holy shit do some go overboard. Every now and then you'll see something like it in games that come out and you can tell they didn't seem to have enough trust that their game would sell without it. Don't see it 'as' often as I used to but still there every now and then.

I totally agree! Romancing and sex shoved into every game and movie where it has no place is really annoying and I don't get what's bad about games that are centered around dating and/or sex. After having looked at some of the Japanese stuff, I personally think those games are extremely boring, but if you compare cum dripping vaginas (as seen in the uncensored ) with stuff like all the latest [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hpUI-KXz7xc]Mortal Kombat fatalities, I think a cum dripping vagina is the less sick and more natural thing, but somehow the media and most people think it's the other way round, especcially in the USA which currently has the biggest influence on gaming.

No, what feels more unnatural to me is period sex. This coming from a woman, btw. Before and right after periods, totally fine with and usually much more interested in sex right after a period.

And depending on the art done in games, some of the dripping fluids aren't that bad. Tastefully done. But then there's some and all I can think about for a moment is "Damn, I think you might want to see a doctor about this. o_o "

..but yeah. Kinda boils down to the art and how they decided to go about it.

This is basically a business tycoon game with a porn theme tacked on, just like Afterlife is a Theme park game with a heaven/hell theme, and in both case they play heavily on their theme to draw the customer and to distanciate themselves from the competition.
You can dislike a theme and decide not to buy games that rely on it (personally, I dislike the MK games because of their excessive gore). But asking for a game not to be sold here (and leaving the other) just because of the theme alone, without trying to know if it's a genuinely good game and not just an unimaginative copicat, feels rather silly.

I probably won't buy this game, mostly because I don't like older tycoon games, but I like the fact that GOG is trying to cover most themes and genres in their store, even if some of them only have 1 or 2 games brought to us (and at least, we can expect those to be among the good ones in the genre/theme they represent)

i assume you mean the devs who have only a small amount of games offered on GoG?

If so there are some nice little games that are on gamersgate drm free that might be nice to have here aswell, its true, GG doesn't have that many good non steam games, cause the majority of games beiing served are steam ones, and we can get these ones on steam itself if we want to.
As far as the censoring on steam goes: well its likely to be expected there cause i bet there are tons of >18 year old users there, i assume GoG has far les of these, so some slight nudity should be possible here .
The only x game i ever played was the ancient strippoker thats all.

Tony Tough and the Night of the Roasted Moths, Last Horizon and maybe the Lost Horizon 2 (new and quite exp unfortunately 40 euros and requires a system i dont have) would look nice on the gog collection here.

i have all these games except lost horizon 2 (too expensive and it probably wont even run at minum on my old pc)
got them at a nice sale so i got them drm free and they all run nicely.
Even got Sinking Island at good sales just for fun it runs aswell on win64bits .

Its all 3pp, no fpp, so you walk like darkmirror style which i own all three on gog.

And finally some very old classics like touche the misadventures of the 5th musketeer would be very nice to play again, theres a wishlist with the game but the votes are too little.

And the ultimate would be the command and conquer games , dune and the likes the classics drm free would be great, but i am afraid that wont happen in a lifetime cause ea owns the rights.
