Hmm, this game has some incredible difficulties to start. It worked well some hours ago, now when I try to start the game, the screen just flickers and does back to desktop. The game is running, the .exe is there and there's a small icon on the taskbar. But it whenever I try to click the icon, the screen flickers a few times and returns to the desktop.

Very weird.
Oh hell yes!
More rare PC games please!

Could we get Biing! and Bazooka Sue? :D
To whoever wrote the news release for this one, kudos. I've groaned at some of the past pun usage, but as soon as I read the first line for this, I started laughing my ass off. Good job. =)
not sure you needed this one
Thank you so much GOG for bringing this game. I honestly never thought you'd do it. Now I'll put my money where my mouth is and go buy it.

IAmSinistar: I think I'd actually enjoy it more in German, just for the comedy value.

"Gott in Himmel! Herr grossenwanger!"
Here, knock yourself out.

I guess that his right arm is bigger than his left, because he had a few too many dates with Rosie Palms.
I still remember this from my childhood.
No promo deal or WINE package for this? Hmm..

Apparently the flickering screen can be cancelled by smashing the escape button. Computers be funny.

The second part of the game, the studio, is pretty annoying. I can't seem to be able to hire any actors. I've put the ads, no one will respond. Either it's bugging out or I am doing something very wrong.

Or then again, maybe it's just realistic :D

You're going about it all wrong.

You need to head down to your local night club and check out one of the bus boys there. When you've sized him up get one of your more popular actresses to take him into the back room and go down on him. Later that night, when the club closes, you pick him up in your car as he is waiting for a bus. Then you take him out for coffee, introduce him to a couple of your best girls, tell him you'd like to go into business with him, and then invite him back to your house to see how he "he performs".

The rest is easy. The next day when he gets home only to immediately get kicked out of his house by his neurotic mother, you sit and wait. Within a few hours he's bound to show up at your pool party. Introduce him to one of your best male performers, show him a good time, ask him to change his name, and BAM! SUPERSTAR!
