The chills have eyes.

LIMBO, an eerily atmospheric puzzle/platformer about a boy walking through the valley of the shadow of death, is available now, DRM-free on GOG.com with a 80% launch discount.

By some cruel twist of fate, a little boy finds himself standing at the precipice of afterlife. He is stranded in LIMBO and his sister is here too. All he knows is that he must press on, overcome the darkness, and conquer the physics-based challenges that keep creeping up on him. His journey will not be long, but it's one of the most profound, memorable experiences one can hope to have.

Finally! Limbo is an awesome game. Will buy another copy to support the devs (and also check out Inside).

amrit9037: Good game.
I wonder why it's late...
This was free on steam few days back.
I hope everyone got it at that time.
I may have extra steam key left in case you missed it.

EDIT: please reply here and don't rush in chat
Hi - do you still have that key for LIMBO? I was well disappointed to discover it's not 'free' - a bit naughty of GOG to brand it like that on their sale page.

Yep, that caught me out too. I don't go on Steam very often so missed the freebie over there recently.
*Sigh* Looks like another game for the Games that have native linux ports...elsewhere mix of shame :/

The best part is that clearly only GOG users lack the Linux installer. Humble Bundle people get access to it. I wonder oh I wonder what's the GOG thing with Linux updates.

Perhaps bother Playdead about it and see what they'll say.
Good thing I added my Humble Bundle copy through GOG Connect.

I get to see it in my GOG Library and the developers only see my payment via a venue where I'm listed as a Linux-using purchaser and there was a Linux version of the game on offer since the day I paid for it.
Ah, the one that helped popularise the shadow-puppetry look in games. It's a good one, played and beat on the Xbox, but definitely will pick up for the PC as well. Nice to have it here at last.
Nice to see this one finally find its way here.

Very cool! I got it FREE on steam and now free here because of that.

I look forward to playing it!!! (I just uninstalled the steam version and it feels SO GOOD to do - I want more!!! Dead State and Shadowrun Dragonfall! I can understand them not wanting to do the ID games maybe quite yet, but...mmmm *drools* - I love getting games removed from steam!)

Got it for free with connect, but there is a little problem. I had to download game first on Steam and play it to connect with GOG. You should guys fix this, because if some big games will come to connect people will need to download. I have huge library on steam but I have downloaded only few games.

Pardon my English.
