Breja: if I've seen anyone actually enthusiastic about the games themselves.
PookaMustard: It's cool that we're getting H-games on GOG complete with the adult patch as a DLC instead of having to go to the developer's website. If the quality of it is what concerns you, it's only a matter of time before we get some of the even better stuff, either regular adult games or Japan's H-games.
If it wasn't for the fact I'm playing less on my PC but I'm buying used PS3 games instead, I'd just give this game a swirl. Besides, I had no idea people were buying it for the hentai-part, judging by the description of the game.
It's just your typical "Stop liking what I don't like" whinging. Doesn't matter whether it's an RPG maker game, or one made from scratch with a modern game engine like Succubus, Subverse, or She Will Punish Them; the crying about the existence of games with adult content of a sexual nature (because beating people into bloody paste with pipes is totes cool, don'tcha know) is always the same endless complaining that the games even
*exist*, let alone that there's an audience who would happily support the developers who make them.
TheGrimLord: That's entirely false and you can prove it from the recent sales. Because everyone is buying everything right now, the list is all mixed around. Even if they were manipulating Cyberpunk as the #1, that doesn't mean that the rest are done that way.
If someone's response to data disproving their lie about how unpopular something is "Fake news" or "It's a conspiracy", then it's safe to assume nothing you say is going to dissuade them from believing the lie. They've invested themselves into it being The Truth, even in the face of contradicting reality, and we all know the saying about trying to reason people out of a position they didn't use reason to arrive at in the first place.
