Steam has those games too, as usual for new games the hindrance would be the DRM Free, Publishers seem to get off on that DRM stuff.
Ohh the hypothetical deal, well if people would stop outraging they would notice that all latest games in this regard were from Kagura, the publishers GoG just struck a deal with, only have H if you use the unrated patch and also are on steam.
