Ion Fury is now available DRM-free.

While Shelly “Bombshell” Harrison earned her codename defusing bombs for the Global Defense Force, when evil transhumanist mastermind Dr. Jadus Heskel unleashes the members of his cybernetic cult onto the streets of Neo DC, she knows it’s time to start causing explosions instead of preventing them.

Her quest to slay Heskel leaves a trail of carnage throughout huge, multi-path levels filled with gigantic explosions, more secret areas than we can count, and inhuman foes behind every corner. There’s no regenerating health here; stop taking cover and start running and gunning.

Voidpoint can't truly think they are going to be redeemed in their eyes if they change a few lines in the actual game and majority of backlash itself came from their devs being vocal of social media of some political issues not of Ion Maidens content.

Sorry to say but if they go through with this then they deserve a refund just out of principles, i dislike political issues causing removal and replaces stuff in post launched games in people libraries.
Went to there Discord. They deny any censorship is planed and claim it's fake news made up by "mainstream gaming jurnos" and Resetera goblins.

Whether the team behind the game or 3D Realms themselves, are actively shutting down any mention of this on their discord and Steam forums and banning users for mentioning it. So here's a last resort to talk about it.

I just want to know: Why does ResetEra have so much clout within the game development community? They are genuinely awful people who use it, lack any intelligent thought, are straight-up psychotic. Why do they hold so much power? I find this troublesome, and I hope one day that whole cesspool is shut down and all their members thrown in jail (constant doxxing/harassment campaigns, child groomers have been outed on that place but nobody does anything of course).

They and their clique of other psychos have been getting away with their garbage for too long. It's enough to make me want to take my video game collection and set it all on fire, and never go near the medium ever again.

Lol at the last line.....also the plot(though cliched and done in manhattan project's sequel a bit) sounds good.

TheMonkofDestiny: Doesn't really matter much now, as I believe they've included the demo/preview campaign as a bonus mission accessible from within the game regardless of having dumped money on Bombshell.
Some actually LIKE being able to try a game out legally via demos BEFORE buying...to make sure it works and is fun/interesting/etc.

Secrets were fun things to find and keep to yourself or maybe brag a bit about finding. Achievements are usually used by others to show off what they've done to anyone within digital earshot.

Modern FPSs have ammo scarcity? What ones have you played? o.0

COD MW 1/2(of which I played) and others have all had tons of ammo dropped by enemies(the endings even had huge caches of weapons to choose from) and also ammo boxes as well at some points.

Classic FPSs were more about ammo conservation(depending on game and who placed the ammo) than modern ones, imo.

They made the donation to get good PR and to shut up the naysayers....not that it'll work with that bunch anyways.

Not to go too offtopic, but they mean you cannot decide an unpopular orientation for your child.....if you happen to "figure out" your kid is trans or gay then to such people it's totally ok. :\
