The power of four.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth2: Sisters Generation, the cheeky sequel to the meta-JRPGs that spoof our favourite hobby, is available now, DRM-free on GOG.com with a 50% launch discount.

The world of Gameindustri is in peril! People are losing their jobs, creators are losing their spirit, and the spanky CPUs have gone missing. Everybody wants to get their games for free, and that's just not a sustainable business model. Now it's up to the four younger sisters of our favorite CPUs to seek them out and put the industry back on track.
Flashy special attacks, crazy transformations, and elaborate turn-based conflicts are most certainly involved, as well as a whole bunch of meta-references, inside jokes, and unexpected encounters. The Console Wars don't let up and neither can you! Not until you acquire all the fabulous pieces of customisable gear and all the game-changing Plans scattered around the world.

Try to install some stability in the world of Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth2: Sisters Generation, DRM-free on GOG.com.
Don't forget to also check out the DLC Pack for several in-game items that will make the sisters squeal with joy!
To celebrate, the first Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 is 75% off for one week!
The 50% and 75% discounts will last until January 27, 4:00PM UTC.

Interestingly we Japaneses can not buy this JRPG series on the site. namely, regionally locked.
I could see the link few hours ago, but now I can't. redirected to the gog.com/games.
I don't like to buy the series, so personally have no problem though.

Got my Vita versions, I'm good.
Regionally blocked = lost sale.

Thanks for adding the next two Neptunia games to GoG! The whole reason I don't come here much is because GoG doesn't sell enough Japanese games. Keep it up!
The games seem really weird. And the video has no gameplay at all.
Pretty confused as to why you'd put a video with no gameplay on a store page but whatever, guess i'll just pass xD
I'm very hyped about having the those three games on GOG.
But where are the artbook and soundtracks from the Steam release?

GOG Connect Please!
Thank you then! ;) Can you maybe ask about the missing soundtrack, artbook and subtitles? :)

Looks like another creepy panty shot game for those creepy anime lovers.
Can't see the store page from Japan (;_;)
To people asking about artbook and soundtrack, an explanation was already given in one of the comments by an informed user:

Skysect: To people who asking for artbook and OST , even they weren't part of original release on Steam . After long time they were added as Deluxe Edition's of game with original Japanese text .
What we got is the original release version I assume.

I don't really care for any of these (ost, artbook) so I already bought it.

Yes, without GOG connect you won't get anything. No DLC sold this way.

Maybe you should change your connect service to a paid model, charging a fee of 1 Euro per game transfered. But offering the whole catalog this way. Maybe it would work better this way around.

It's easier to explain the publishers, that they can get money for doing nothing at all, if they only would allow such a transfer of the license, from one distributor to another.

I would pay a little fee, to get a DRM free version, but I will NOT pay again for the whole game. Your loss.

To all Hyperdimension Neptunia fans : Today I did a detailed analysis . Installed whole series again .
And I have awesome news for everyone .
Probably you know there was quite famous problem in Steam version of Hyperdimension Neptunia Rebirth 2 .
Guard Break ! I installed both Steam and GOG version of series .
My machine is like a monster . I have a GTX 1070 card . So normally FPS drop is impossible .
But this FPS drop is still there in Steam version of the game . But when I tried to GOG version .
Very nice surprise was there .
I don't know what was changed but Guard Break FPS Problem is finally fixed with GOG version .
If you are hesitating to buy this I can highly advice it . This franchise is really awesome .
Rejoice . Probably one of the best release of 2017 for me .

Thanks for letting us know. And I agree. The series is great. The third game is the best, in my oppinion.

And for the drop of the framerate is the most possible conclusion: The DRM on Steam fucked up the framerate.

Maybe we should discuss this further in the steam forum of the game. :D

When I checked GOG files with my hash checksum tools seems many of them are changed . So probably a patch applied to the GOG version of the game .

Hm, ok.

Then I hope, that they will patch the Steam version, too. Would make sense, after that time. What I really hope is, that they fix the CTD's in Hyperdevotion Noire. I had to refund this game, because of the CTD's entering the disc shop.

And I really love these japanese tactic RPG's. Disgaea 2 will an instabuy at the end of the month.
