Anime-BlackWolf: "Pornography" meens the explicit depiction of sexual acts or poses. Penetration, Fixation on "openings", "fluids". They do not make differences between "human/real" and "drawn/animated/unreal".
Neither in the US, nor in UK, nor in Japan (!), nor in Germany. And a dildo as a melee weapon is sexual innuendo at best, but nothing sexual in itself.
GOG does not feature pornography. The FEW games here, that cross the border (censored, with uncensor patches elswhere) can be count on two hands. GOG intends not to sell such stuff here, from the beginning.
If they WANTED, we would have had more stuff here, uncensored even. And countries like germany would be region-locked out (like on Steam). Since that is NOT the case, GOG itself has problems with that stuff and does not want to sell it, if they ignore it. We can be happy about every title, that is sold here. Unfortunately.
You mean like Geralt naked on top of a woman while naked himself? It's been over a year since i've seen that scene, and i also remember on the way to the first available scene scene two bunnies were shown getting it on, too. I believe TW3 still falls under "explicit depiction of sexual acts or poses." 2 naked people, maybe some moaning (i forget for tw3, but i do remember one in TW1 that was just moaning), some rocking motions with nudity. That's explicit, not implicit.
