Breja: Just to be clear, are you... saying you wish Hitler won?

Syphon72: There was a rumor or could of been true, that the Allies could have assassinated Hitler
Sorry to harp on this, but how do you get the "could of/have" thing wrong and correct in the same sentence? :D

Syphon72: Anyways playing what if scenarios is the joy of gaming.
I know, it's just the way hay phrased it with the "Guess it doesn't matter, 80 years later, anymore" made it sound like he's talking about real life.

That's okay; I could have phrased it better, now that I reflect on it. Lol.

Here is a recent perceptive review that made me reconsider a purchase:

The FOV in this game is incredibly narrow and nonadjustable.
This is a poor oversight in a game about making tactical decisions.
Limiting your view is a quality-of-life inconvenience at best and limits your battlefield knowledge at worst.
I've requested the developers several times since the game has launched to add adjustable FOV. The game has been out for almost a year with two DLC releases, but they still haven't added adjustable FOV.
The devs state worse performance is the reason they won't add it. But isn't that the case for any graphical option? Let the players decide if it's worth changing for their setup.

HunchBluntley: Irony! :P
I have achieved comedy.
But I wish to be a space explorer!

I'm interested in comparing the alternative reality of the alternative WWII victory(Germany&friends win) projected to current days. Reason: I mostly feel sorry for the current days. But I somehow feel the end result will be almost the same (80 years feel like a good equalizer). A bit more tech advanced, maybe. Like humans beyond Solar system. Perhaps better (meaning never envisioned) art, too.

I'd be surprised if I'm the only one interested in the "what-if" question: WWII was the last event of a planetary scale that caused a wave (H-bomb, Space race, ...) forming the modern world. And that wave is quenching (though 80 years later we still speak of it) and likely a new one is forming.

I hope you are just unaware how what you are saying sounds. Please delete your comments (and I hope GOG deletes this entire thread). It sounds like you have been having a rough time lately, take care of yourself and don't give in to hate.

There is nothing wrong this thread. Why should GOG delete just because you don't like it?
No comment, with reservations.
Great to see another dlc... and... good to see they're continuing to improve the AI!
