Your post-apocalyptic playground.

UPDATE: The game comes with full Cloud saving support, exclusively on GOG Galaxy.

Fallout 3 GOTY, a post-apocalyptic action/RPG of ridiculous scale, is now available, DRM-free on GOG.com.

History as we know it got rebooted in 2077. As soon as you step outside Vault 101 and into the Capital Wasteland, you realise this world is overflowing with opportunity as it is with radiation. Who will you be, in this poisoned land? A curious adventurer, a mischievous scavenger, a heroic savior, or a terrible thug? No matter your path, the intuitive V.A.T.S. combat and the ever-present customization will make it a memorable one.

Thank you, Bethesda! .. and thank you GOG!

My first contact with the Fallout franchise was Fallout 4, during the recent FREE weekend on STEAM..
I loved it and I bought it... I am playing it right now... I like the mix of RPG and FPS/TPS with a big open world...

Before that FREE weekend, I never tried any Fallout game on my Steam library because my worst fear about the franchise was if I needed to play them in order for to enjoy them.. and I am to lazy for that.... but no, is not necesary..

If I love Fallout 4, I know I'm gonna love Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas
I'd pick up Oblivion at $5 or less but $10 is too steep when I've already got a couple copies as is.

Lostinablock: Will "The Elder Scrolls: Arena and The Elder Scrolls Chapter II: Daggerfall" be added free to this like the Quakes/Doom and other Elder Scrolls games? Looks like someone forgot to put it in FO3, FNV and especially Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion...
They're rolled into any of the original Fallout games (1/2/Tactics) if I'm reading right.

"About: When you buy this game, The Elder Scrolls: Arena and The Elder Scrolls Chapter II: Daggerfall will be added to your GOG.com account for free!"
Have the game myself on dvd, but unfortunately it has that dreaded games for windows live.
When i played it i wasn't even able to get those dlc's, as my language wasn't supported on GfW. Bought 4 of the 5 afterwards. I still miss Mothership Zeta, the 5th dlc. I wonder if those who already own the game can turn in the keys to get the gog version. Probably not.
Looks like I'm the minority in hating the guts of Bethesda for defiling what made Fallout so lovable (obviously in *my* opinion).

Ah well, good for you guys.

As for me, I'll go back to Underrail.
That's not Fallout, but there's enough sweet similarities for me to adore it (flaws notwithstanding).

Caine123: 2 questions:

1. are those versions UNCUT for germans?
2. i read taht the game is bad on win10? is it better optimized on gog.com?
The game isn't indexed anymore. So there's no need to provide a censored version for germans.

My GOTY edition on DVD never needed GFWL to play the DLCs, I used Fallout Mod Launcher though, no idea if that had anything to do with it.

You aren't alone :P. I've never been big on the Fallout series in general but I couldn't stand FO3.

As another has said, you never needed GFWL to play with the retail dvd version of the game.
Not even for the DLC.
Just make sure to run the proper exe file (don't remember the name now) and choose what "mods" to run. THe DLC were seeing as mods.

DrearierSpider: All of Bethesda's releases on PS3 were notoriously awful ports, avoid them at all costs.

tburger: Will do :-D
Just keep in mind I'm only talking about Bethesda Game Studios developed titles (Oblivion, FO3, FNV & Skyrim). Titles published by Bethesda Softworks should be fine for the most part, but best to do a little research before hand (RAGE was pretty shoddy on PS3, for example).
WOW, it finally happened! One of the most anticipated games on GOG, with the anticipation going on for the longest time (shared with Oblivion of course) - and with Fallout New Vegas to boot as well! What a frabjous day!
"Languages: Audio and text: English. Text only: Deutsch, español, français, italiano"

Can anyone confirm this? It's odd.
What happened to the other dubs?...
At least, was a long wait, but in the end a windows 10 compatible version of Fallout was released, next game to buy:

1 - Oblivion
2 - New Vegas
3 - Morowind

all in one shot

A shame that i have to wait till monday to get the others game -_-
i hope the offers will remain

Congratulations to GOG that they've finally get these games. However I'm one of that weirdos, who believes that the only real Fallouts are actually 1&2 with their isometric graphics, deep story, incredible atmosphere, unique characters and great tactical combat.

looks like a gamecard mistake, but will be confirmed (or corrected) tomorrow.
