Become a commander in Expeditions: Rome and subdue a dangerous rebellion.
Genre: RPG and Strategy
Very strong trailer, doesn't tell much about gameplay though, on purpose or not?
Anyway, kudos to Art Department!

The gameplay is probably the same as the other two game's. Which is not a bad thing.

Posting here as it's a bit of a "hidden sale" of strategy games:
Use MANDALOREHOMEWORLDTW and get Homeworld: Emergence and Homeworld® Remastered Collection at 95% off.

markrichardb: Can't believe Logic Artists are planning to shut down. The previous two Expeditions games were fantastic, and I can't wait to try this one.

Ixamyakxim: That sucks didn't know that :(

Awesome little indie RPGs with unique playstyle that had a nice run over the last few years :(

Viking was a little more of a "traditional" western RPG and Conquistador is one of the first "Holy shit, this game is amazing!" unexpected gems I found on GoG.

Can't wait to see how Rome turned out, and hope the best for the team where ever they end up.
Hold up, what? Can you link a source?

Thanks. That's... disappointing. At least the IP is owned by THQ so it won't be lost.

Expeditions Conquistador is a well balanced "trek" game where you manage-your-resources of your wheelhouse to not die plus widely explored dialog tree spun around a vast area to explore. You could even send always the same already mentally weak person to go first inside probably-snake-pits to explore and the dialog system always had some new fucked up thing to say. The turn-based combat was only the cherry on top.

Expeditions Viking stripped away most dialog and the sense of "trek" to give you .. loot boxes. That's right, click on every pottery and trash bag you find on the maps (where you can run around without penalty) to get some scrap you basically have to collect to craft items. They overscoped the turn-based system so nobody could understand it anymore and allegedly fired all the cool writers. Even at the end I felt nothing for the characters. Being extremely bugged on release also didn't help.

Oh, and nfts are for money laundering. Duh.

What in the world is a NFT game? A game only one person can own at the same time and if he is done he can sell it again?
Or a CCG game where all the cards are NFTs that you can sell and buy (with every sale the devs get a little commision for hosting the market place of course)?
low rated

Idiots chasing trends which may very likely implode. Ya can't fix stupid. *le sigh*
Sad to hear that Logic Artists is moving away from normal-person games. I really liked Viking and am planning to pick up Rome whenever I get around to taking on another RPG.

My assumption would be that it's door number two, i.e. Magic The Gathering but digital and with a lot more rich tech types desperately flinging money around.

Can't believe they are taking that gamble. Great idea to get in earlier but there is no guarantee NFT trend now will stay and explode in the future (could tank hard like normal crypto if anyone who dabbles in it know very well despite the hype....)
As for the game....lets see what happens although i like the subject matter :D

Արսեն: After playing this game for couple of hours, I lost interest.

The older games are so much better. Finished both of them.

Don't recommend this one!
Is it dumbed-down or why do you think it's worse?
I've only played Conquistadors and liked it, but this one seems to be rather different.
