Life, the universe, and...

The universe doesn't rely on heroes to keep going. I don't know... the screenshot showing all kinds of random things just floating around before a black background doesn't make me feel very excited about this game. Seems this is just the next generation of sims - the "random stuff" simulator.
Well, may those who feel intrigued by this enjoy the game, it's just one of those that makes me question whether the Emperor is, in fact, wearing any clothes ;)

The Game Grumps did a few episodes of this game where you could see a bit better what this is all about. Once you get the ability to ascend/descend it really opens up. Not bad I think, plus the narration is a nice touch, but it's definitely a weird one. :P

Can't make heads or tails of it (even though both were shown in the trailer ;)). As it was said (and the same as mountain was) it seems to be a super expensive screensaver in which you watch what happens in virtual nature. Couldn't I just look out of the window and get the same result for much less money? Imo the trailer is a bad pitch.

while I appreciate the artistic quality of the game it really reminds me of those apps that generate pretty pictures from fractals or sound waves, it may be interesting for a short time then gather dust like those other apps. the price is very high so im not even going to try it out. will keep a watch out for playthrus tho and keep an open mind

just watched the trailer and immediately recognized Alan Watts

so I'm also curious if there is actual Alan Watts recordings in-game, or if it is just a trailer-gimmick

There are Alan Watts recordings indeed.

Also, this is more than a walking simulator, more a...embodying simulator. And it has reeeeeaally weird moments.
If you like games that have a slow pace, if you like collecting and exploring, I can suggest you to give it a shot, eventually on discount.
And I still can't get why people are so obsessed by tumbling mammals, when you have sliding rocks, dancing plants and depressive-thinking billiard tables.
