Yeah, and that's a big maybe. I'd just stick with the Standard Edition to be honest.

I sympathize, but you don't really need any of the things included in the "Platinum Edition" to enjoy the game.

hafizadam: for those who already owned Standard, buying Platinum version only cost you USD24.99 while buying all the DLCs separately will cost you USD 42.52.

if I get new code for base game I will post it here for giveaway.
Well, I own standard, and I would rather like to get an upgrade option for a price difference between it and Platinum, so 12.65€ or so.

true. and most of the DLCs are just new paint or weapon. priced USD 2 each.

If there's anything good we can take from this repackaging it's that Techland is probably done developing content for the game. Most likely they are full steam ahead on Dying Light 2 now and this is the definitive edition.

While it's nice to have this here it sucks that you can't upgrade to Platinum from your Enhanced Edition version. Guess I'll just pass on this one.

Just to echo the communal sentiment: you're leaving money on the table, GOG and Techland. I really love this game and would gleefully purchase the remaining content, but no way am I going to doublebuy what I already have.

I like this game and I do own it... but it always annoyed the hell out of me just how many micro DLCs this title has. But I guess I can't complain give that they're still making content. :p

Dying Light 2 release date was just announced. it is on December the 7th, 2021

Hopefully with a GOG release.

Wait, you can now buy the platinum edition in germany, but still not the standard edition?
I assume a mistake, so if you want it you should buy it soon ;)

It was the same situation when the standard game came here, which was available a few hours before it got blocked.
