In the mood for a strategic science-fiction game? We got you! Dust Fleet is now out on GOG, with a -20% launch discount until August 30th, 7 PM UTC!

In Dust Fleet, you’ll take control of a formidable battle fleet and embark swiftly to the Dust Zone. The central food supply station is no longer responsive, and the United Earth Nations (UEN) requires an explanation; so oversee your fleet, command space stations, and remain vigilant of potential threats.

Was going to buy this on steam because I didn't know it was coming here. Glad I hesitated.

Almost looks like a Homeworld clone.

That is the burden of the crown for you.
Would be nice to have clones of myself to spread the load. (seems like a good game plot starter)

For what I can see from the video above, there is a mode with random generated maps.

And there's that much in the description, "Never give up and keep the fight going in the Sector Assault mode to generate a fully randomized starmap, side missions, and enemies, for fresh challenges each time."
