Fantastic Beasts And How to Slay Them.

Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen, the monster-hunting epic that keeps challenging you with dynamic encounters, is now available, DRM-free on GOG.com, with a 60% launch discount.

Tackling monsters shouldn't be just a roadblock in your epic adventure - it should be the very essence of it. In this massive open-world RPG every fight is its own reward thanks to the dynamic mechanics and deep customization. Train and upgrade your A.I. controlled pawns to fight alongside you or share them online with other adventurers and get rewarded for their exploits.

The 60% discount will last until June 20, 1PM UTC.

NOTE: The game comes with full GOG Galaxy support including Cloud saves, leaderboards, and achievements. Additionally, both the Pawn system and Ur Dragon work exactly as in the Steam version. Keep in mind, however, that the GOG Galaxy servers are separate from the Steam ones, meaning that this is a fresh start.

Watch the trailer.

Question, I have a friend who create pawns in steam version, can I hire his pawn in GOG version?
one more question
is the character creation still has control over character height and build
I remember the original dragon dogma let me set character height between 4 feet 1 inch to 7 feet 1 inch

Already have this one on Steam so i'll pass. :D
Just WOW!!! Thank you so much GOG! Just a few days after releasing one of my favorite games ever ( oblivion), you give us dragon's dogma! Keep up the good work!! :)
FINALLY.

THIS. THIS, GOG. This is the kind of shit I've been waiting for. This is the kind of game we need more of. Holy hell, this is fucking awesome.

Ya done good, guys.
Holy hell! Stop releasing good games! My wallet! In all seriousness though, the last 2 weeks of releases have been insane. Thanks GOG and thanks CAPCOM. I hope to see more titles from you guys soon (Resident Evil series please).

Yes
Ah man, just downloaded this off a torrent, might as well scrap that and get the GOG version. Thanks to Capcom for bringing this over but still waiting for those cracked Denuvo games to come on GOG, also will we ever see Dragons Dogma MMO ported to the west?

So do I.

But it's Capcom and, when they're busy being even more of an #%@ than normal with their recent stuff on Steam, buying this again on GOG seems like just as good a way to send some market signals as the boycott I've been having of their Steam releases for a while now.
I can't believe it happened.
Thanks GoG and Capcom.

Edit :
If a Capcom RP come here and read this, FYI, know I've already purchased (and fully completed) this game on Xbox 360, I own it on PS3 (but thanks to the PS+), I pre-ordered it on Steam (but never played with, it was only to support the release of a PC ver., and to get the OST and digital artbook), for sure I gladly bought it on GoG (I feel obliged to do it ; I still can't believe Capcom brought this game here, especially when you know it's a niche asynch co-op ARPG). And I'll buy it on Xbox One (it'd be funny if you make it Play Everywhere).

Please, continue to release your games on GoG. And I think you should consider to develop a new DD.

Think you can get Sega on board now so we can get Alpha Protocol here?

..... oh ya and Yakuza, Shenmue..... all those classic Sega arcade games you know.

Salutations! fellow anti-Denuvo comrade! I might change my opinion of Crapcom after some of the cracked Denuvo games start showing up on GOG.

Hm, hm, very interesting both as a game and as... "publishing implication". I remember playing the demo on my old Xbox360, and the action and monster design seemed really cool. Alas, I'm forced to wishlist it for now (you won't believe me if I told you when my last paycheck was), but I'll definitely -hopefully- pick it up at some point.
Great new entry, GOG! :)

nice! great release! Seems like i gotta rebuy it ^^ (already owning it on steam but gotta reward that kind of release so Capcom sees their games sell here well and so i own it drm free)
Wow! Awesome to see this here. Unfortunately, (well fortunately for my wallet), it's a bit too much for my rig to handle. So, on to the "I really wish I had a computer that could play this" list it goes.
