zack3d: Still no multiplayer support? Are you kidding me?
What are you talking about?

ZaineH: The more I read this thread, the more I'm lead to believe this update was handled very poorly. I'll just remove this from my wishlist and move on.
Sigh... won't comment on the first part, but the game itself is great.

My first impression of the EE is that the new DX11 engine version has improved performance, an overhauled interface and yes, complete voice-overs - which I definitely missed in the original version of the game.

I say keep it, wait for a sale.

Thank you for the fast reply!!
I'm having a problem with the game. I have installed the game 2 times now and every time I try to play it says: The program can't start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. What the heck is going on? lol
Am I the only one bothered by the fact that instead of screenshots, we get promo pictures with text on them. I hope this is not a new trend on new GOG games.

I am sorry I can not help, but you may want to consider asking the question in this forum, for those that play the game:
http://www.gog.com/forum/divinity_series#1445988804

Or

GOG Support here:
http://www.gog.com/support/divinity_original_sin_enhanced_edition

Hope that helps.

DyNaer: because of this : (reply from ticket)

"Hello

The Collector's Edition of Divinity: Original Sin was never available on GOG. If you were supposed to receive the Collector's Edition of Divinity: Original Sin - Enhanced Edition you need to contact Larian support to get a key for it.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Regards
Genoan

GOG.com Support"

technically they are right , but it's just BS , base game (original) + source Hunter DLC is the collector's edtion (digial, not boxed ofc).

i can live with, i'm far more concerned for those who doesn't have an option except to pay 70 euro if they want the soundtrack. for example.
Well, I did what Genoan suggested and I hope others do too: contact Larian, tell them we were referred to them by GOG support, and ask what the deal is with this.

Install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package that came with the game (\Divinity - Original Sin Enhanced Edition\__redist\MSVC2013\vcredist_x64.exe)

To be more technically correct: Enhanced Edition includes in-game content of previous DLCs.
avatar
WinterSnowfall: *Sigh*... long story short. If you do purchase the Collector's Edition, you won't get the DLC for the original DoS game. At least it's not showing up for me.

Support seems to confirm this since they mentioned that the original content can no longer be purchased/added (in any way).

Looks like it's gone forever, just like any other missed opportunity.
That's strange. The Enhanced Edition's game page on Steam says:

" Are the contents of the Source Hunter DLC included in D:OS EE ?

You will automatically receive Zandalor's trunk and the Golden Grail in your inventory. Bairdotr and Wolgraff DLC are also included."

" What is included in the Collector's Edition:
- 1 Collector's Edition for the buyer (this is the game + design documents + artwork + soundtrack)
- Normal Edition DOS: Enhanced Edition as a gift copy for a friend."

So, by buying the Collector's Edition of the Enhanced Edition, you should get access to everything that the Source Hunter DLC had to offer.
