Yay, gonna give this a try again! Original game was pretty funny too, though I didn't have that much time for it last year when it came out.

Grargar: If you are talking about the whole DLC package (in-game content and extras), then no, it has been removed from both Steam and GOG. If you didn't buy it before the release of the Enhanced Edition, you are now stuck with a version that can't be upgraded.
Just got word from support that this is indeed the case. The original DLC is no longer available for purchase. Period.

To be honest, I wouldn't mind upgrading to the Collector's Edition if that would give me access to the original DLC.

At this point my main concern is that even that (if the upgrade becomes available) won't automatically add the original DLC to my account.

People who did not buy the DLC before the upgrade might have missed the train for good.
Yes, I agree that there should be some kind of upgrade path/option for those that have the base game to get the CE, without having to buy a full second copy of it (that also comes with a third copy of D:OS...). My guess something like this will be added in the future, not done yet because it requires some work and they were probably focused on getting the release ready and for free like promised.

The Collector's Edition does contain everything from the DLC (in-content and extras). Problem is that you'd have to pay the whole 70 bucks (or however much it costs for you), as there is no option for an upgrade (as it used to be).
After looking on the Steam store page: Why does the Collector's Edition cost 64,99€ on Steam and 69,99€ here?
So i guess It's only regionally priced here - right?

And concerning an upgrade option (which i hope the will make). Imho it would enough to just sell the goodies. Doesn't need to be the goodies + second copy....

It's regionally-priced on Steam, too. It just seems to be cheaper on the EU region there for some reason.

Well, that's partially good news at least. I hope we'll get an upgrade path then, because I'm definitely not buying the game again just to get the DLC.

Edit: Seems there were no plans to ever add support for an upgrade between editions, that's why it's not possible at the moment (got word from support).

GR00T: My assumption is that it's integrated into the Enhanced Edition. Note I'm just assuming. I've nothing to back that up.

trentonlf: I still see source hunter under the original game, but under the Enhanced Edition no DLC is listed. Are you thinking the DLC is just included with the enhanced edition and is no longer listed as a DLC?
No, the DLC is included in the "DIVINITY: ORIGINAL SIN - ENHANCED EDITION COLLECTOR'S EDITION".
So I would like to know why we did not got the Collector's Edition which includes Soundtrack and so on we already had with the DLC.

fortune_p_dawg: I'm sure the GOG key will work perfectly fine, but Judas has stated that there are no authorized resellers of GOG keys. So, if GOG for whatever reason determined that a person used a key that was initially purchased with a stolen credit and then sold to G2A or another reseller from which the user bought said key, my guess is they could opt to not fully support that person's copy of a game.

Though I don't know this for sure.

Azonn: It it's the case, i ensure you i will uninstall it directly GoG and go back to steam immediatly... for sure
same problem here.
Bought a key from g2a andCan´t upgrade to the EE.
I see its my fault, but anyway i´m sad about it

Thanks for the clarification. I assumed that it wouldn't regional priced because the current dollar-to-euro exchange rate would result in a price close to the 64,99 (around 63,39).
It was originally stated that this Enhanced Edition would not replace the original version, yet, as others have mentioned, the original is gone from both GOG and Steam. Does this mean there is no way to get the original version now? I know I had my chance to buy the original over the past year, but I didn't feel rushed as it was specifically stated it would be staying around.

opticq: Looks good but never played the original, anyone feel strongly about this game? Positively or negatively
I kind of felt negatively towards the game originally, due to difficult and confusing quests. BUT, I'm pretty excited to give this game a second try now that's it's all updated and hopefully fixed!
