Lady vengeance.

Darksiders III is now available DRM-free on GOG.com.

Taking over from her perpetually vexed brothers War and Death, the agile Fury now unleashes herself upon The Seven Deadly Sins, determined to whiplash some balance back into this wretched, post-apocalyptic world. Hack-n-slash action ensues, peppered with platforming antics and puzzles, all done in the stunning signature artstyle of the series.

Grab the Deluxe Edition which includes the game's Soundtrack, plus two DLC packs that add gameplay content (those will become available sometime after release).
Or go for the all-inclusive Blades & Whip Edition, which contains the whole trilogy in one pack to last you until the apocalypse.

So, a short explanation why I won't be buying this game anytime soon. Reviews don't have anything to do with this. I bought first Darksiders (boxed copy) shortly after it was released on PC in 2010 (it also happened to be my first game that required Steam). It came to PC later, so it was not a full priced release. It cost me around 60 - 70 PLN. I bought Darksiders 2 about a month after it was released in 2012, again boxed copy. It cost me exactly 99.99 PLN.

Now, Darksiders 3 costs 214.99 PLN.
The price is 20% more than the release prices for DS1 and 2 combined.

Unfortunately, my income did not double in the last 6 years, so I cannot justify spending so much money on one new game. The price may be fine for areas where people earn more, but I think that in some areas the sales may turn out to be much lower than expected.

Bigs: Reviews on this seem meh at best... will wait for a sale
Every review I saw was at 7-9 out of 10 points, which sites did you check out?
----

The one thing that keeps me away from buying is the short story (around 12-15 hours to play through the game).

One day i will play this as i liked both 1 and 2 with the first as favourite but it seems this will be a game to pick up when it's on a nice sale.

ThomNG: Wohooo finally out! Enjoy!
Hello!
First, thanks for the day-1 release!
And secondly, a little offtopic:
1. Are there at least approximate dates when we will see the Kingdoms of Amalur here? I want to that day I have already prepared to throw money at the monitor (I mean to GOG/THQ Nordic :) ).
2. Is there any chance to see Wreckfest here? GOG suffers from the catastrophic lack of racing games.
3. Is there a chance to see Alone in the Dark (2008) here? I want complete series.
4. I understand that this is unlikely, but I still ask: is there at least some chance to see the games from Microsoft here? For example such as Sunset Overdrive and ReCore.
5. And last, but very important: buy from Atari all the rights to the Test Drive Unlimited series. The first part here is the dream. I will give any money for it! As I say earlier - GOG dramatically lack of racings.

Please share any information that you have and that you can (allowed) tell us.

Thanks again!

Interesting, I saw a fairly negative post here that I was going to reply to. While I was trying to quote the message it disappeared. Can we delete our own posts, or is a moderator deleting negative posts?

It's a certain troll. The posts are being removed. Just ignore him.

I pass.
I really waited for this and was glad Gunfire Games was behind it as they are one of the closest thing to old Vigil Games. But what I saw until now made me reconsider: this doesn't feel like a darksiders game at all. It seems most of iconic aspects of the first (and partially the second) game has been removed.

That sounds reasonable. I've just never seen that happen here before. I'm for keeping the trolls away.

BleepBl00p: Why would GOG release this? The whole series is pretty much a T rated God of War clone meant to sell to kids/teenagers who's moms wouldn't buy the M rated original.

The GoW series was also pretty generic and bland and Darksiders tried to copy that, going further downhill.
Oh look, the same old troll...

Adding support for these questions as well.

Also, any chance of getting the original Darksiders 2 or Darksiders 1 added as bonuses to the remastered version? I know original Darksiders 1 was sold on GOG but i'm not sure if Darksiders 2 ever was. Either way both being added as bonuses with their respective remastered versions would be nice.
