UPDATE (22/03/16): Episode 5: Terminus brings the long-awaited closure to Hope's story.

Terminating issues.

Republique: Episode 5 of the story-based stealth/adventure, is available now for Windows and Mac, DRM-free on GOG.com.

Episode 5 concludes the series with a bang, bringing along numerous performance fixes and improvements. It also introduces new gameplay elements and some surprising narrative-branching that might even prompt you to replay the story from its very beginning.

Republique is a story of Hope - the girl who reaches out for your help. You'll view the world through scattered cameras and mobile devices observing, and assisting, Hope in any way that you can. With plenty of secrets and lore (and even easter eggs) to soak in, you'll slowly pick up on bits and pieces of the story of a fugitive heroine in a mysteriously oppressed dystopian future.

Republique Deluxe Edition includes the original Soundtrack, a six-part series The Making of Republique, and two game prototypes that eventually came to be Republique. If you're not ready to commit just yet, you can always get the upgrade later.

The package includes all 5 episodes of the game.

Holy shit, it's finally done?

Fantastic. Now I will go ahead and buy it.

NuffCatnip: Is episode 5 live already ? I didn´t get a library update prompt.

Grargar: You mean notification. Well, you could always check the game's changelog for a possible mention.
Yeah, that´s what I meant. :)
The changelog mentioned episode 5. Guess I´m good to go then. :)

NuffCatnip: Finally I´ll be able to play it. :D
Bought it a couple months ago, but didn´t want to play it with a missing episode.

JudasIscariot: Yes, it's live :) The flag may have gotten lost in the Insomnia shuffle but I did flag the new offline installers for both Windows and Mac :)
Great, thanks! :)
I wanted to play the game so bad, but wanted to wait for the final episode. This weekend I´ll finally be able to play through this game. :D

I wonder if they'll add controller support anytime soon as it's coming out on playstation.
Really don't like the interface at the moment so I haven't even completed the first episode.

Have I mentioned my distaste for reusing threads and RSS articles yet? Do mention that to whoever decides to do so (or tell me who it is to tell them myself) :P
Finally!
I've been waiting for this to buy it. Now all I need is a 50% discont. :)
I'm pretty much sure that this games is better than the 2/3 stars that is currently rated ...
Ooh, they did finish it, guess I should add this to my list now.

Smannesman: Well in February they said episode 4 was coming soon.
Lets see how long this next one takes.
Isn't this the last episode?

I agree, but even more importantly, a great upcoming place to stop recycling threads would be when InDev games get officially released.

It is yeah. If you look, though, the post you quoted was from December when (I assume) Episode 4 had just come out. It's confusing, but GOG opted to use the same forum thread for the Episode 5 update.

Ugh! I hadn't thought of that. Given how long many games stay "in development", we could end up with necroed threads from years back. Oh, the joy.

On a happier note, it's always nice to see an episodic game actually reach its conclusion. And, given that we live in a post-free-goodies world, it's also nice to see an easy upgrade path to the deluxe edition which doesn't cost more to people who buy them separately. People shouldn't be penalized for taking a chance on a game and then deciding they like it enough to give the devs more money for extras.
I would just like to know of the documentary is complete now?
A month or so ago there was only 3 episodes of making-of, last two were missing, even though Episode 4 was released by then.
