UPDATE (22/03/16): Episode 5: Terminus brings the long-awaited closure to Hope's story.

Terminating issues.

Republique: Episode 5 of the story-based stealth/adventure, is available now for Windows and Mac, DRM-free on GOG.com.

Episode 5 concludes the series with a bang, bringing along numerous performance fixes and improvements. It also introduces new gameplay elements and some surprising narrative-branching that might even prompt you to replay the story from its very beginning.

Republique is a story of Hope - the girl who reaches out for your help. You'll view the world through scattered cameras and mobile devices observing, and assisting, Hope in any way that you can. With plenty of secrets and lore (and even easter eggs) to soak in, you'll slowly pick up on bits and pieces of the story of a fugitive heroine in a mysteriously oppressed dystopian future.

Republique Deluxe Edition includes the original Soundtrack, a six-part series The Making of Republique, and two game prototypes that eventually came to be Republique. If you're not ready to commit just yet, you can always get the upgrade later.

The package includes all 5 episodes of the game.

Discover the complete story of Republique, available now DRM-free on GOG.com.
Will gladly get this once everything is released but I'm interested.

Also, it's "République", in french, so welcome accentuated characters, please! :D
Looks interesting to me as well.

Can't wait until it's all done - which is when I'll contemplate on it.

I'm just not up for early access/kickstart/season pass - any of that 'pay for it before it's complete' jazz is not for me..

Seeing as it's in Ep4 of 5, hopefully it won't be much longer for the full package.. :)
thanks, but eagerly waiting for the whole product to be completed by ep.5 before buying :)
Great to know about episode 4.

Many people believed this game was dead.

I have actually thought it is done.

What I fear is dead is Kentucky Route Zero - that game just went nowhere after episode III... :(

A long wait, but doesn't seem dead. Here's some things I just found to give you hope:

A post on Twitter by cardboard computer @cardboardcompy today (dec 23, 2015):
@TrollcatGazz @moreelen thx! yeah, we would really have liked to get one out this year, but didn't quite make it. soon tho :]

Waiting for it too!
Great to see a new episode aftersuch a long time. I almost feared that the development had stopped.
Nice necro GOG. ;)

AlienMind: GOG needs headline filters. Filter for "not show preorders", filter for "not show movies" filter for "not show unfinished games" and so on
You can use MaGog, if you wish.
You can "not show preorders" by deselecting "Upcoming" games.
You can ""not show movies" by not doing anything, since MaGog does not display movies anyhow.
You can ""not show unfinished games" by deselecting "Season Pass" games.
and so on.
I tell myself I'm waiting for all episodes to come out before I start playing. Reality is though that it will be ages before I have time to play. I do like adventure games / story driven games.
I don't think I was even aware that this game was episodic. Huh.

That sounds like a really cool feature. Could you tell me how to get to MaGog?

I use to monitor their facebook and twitter accounts, and once in a while they show something. They don't communicate as frecuently as we would like, but they're there.

Yes, that would be great, I love Kentucky Road Zero ( I own it through Humble Bundle or else I would have jumped on it during the last sale)
