Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is the FULL game experience, an exploration-focused, side-scroller action RPG packing all of the best features you've come to know and love from the Metroidvania genre into a single, content-packed game.

Play as Miriam, an orphan scarred by an alchemist’s curse which slowly crystallizes her body. In order to save herself, and indeed, all of humanity, she must battle her way through a demon-infested castle summoned by Gebel, her old friend whose body and mind has become more crystal than flesh.

The gameplay for this looks solid but I just can't get past the character art style. It's so cheap and tacky. Still adding it to the wishlist.

So, how is it?

A medium fan of metroidvanias, but only AAA one which I finished is Dark Souls... and first two Arkham games.

Yeah, I do NOT blame GOG for this. Of cause not. I am honestly sorry for GOG.

I FULLY blame Inti AND the publisher of "Bloodstained" itself for this, so no money for them until the game is here.

But again, if the publisher wants my money, I want the full one. All games.

And the publisher itself seems to be very interrested in making money for "nice" minimalistic DLC, too. 10 Euro for one skin and a new boss? In an aleady quite expensive game? WOW...

It's great asa side scrolling Castlevania game, because that's exactly what it is, minus the Castlevania name. It has buttery-smooth animations and great artistic styling. I LOVE it.

Yes but something tells me that a couple of people will have even worse potato PC's than what's recommended even as minimum but atleast they where nice enough to let their game to be run on a PO-TAY-TOE although i can't entirely disregard people who thought it would run on even lower spec PC's seeing what type of game this is.

Thanks devs, for treating us equally to other customers by giving us Achievements. I was worried that that wasn't going to happen.
