Interesting release, but very expensive for a port of an old game, will wishlist for now and wait for a decent promo.

Crevurre: by saying you had a lot of fun with dumbed down console games, you are justifying their decision in their minds. pc gamers should never support consoles and do everything they can to censor, oppress, and minimise all console content, even on console websites. that way the couch surfing game devs who larp as gamer now, can't access console players.
Imagine a world wherein people can enjoy things differently from you. I enjoy deeply complex CRPGs, and I also enjoy arcade beat'em ups and console action adventure romps. Believe it or not not everyone has to like what you like, and censoring, cancelling, etc does no one ANY favors.
Overpriced, no matter the PC port.
Will definitely pick it up, but the discounts better should be high...

I do too, but I'm aware of the consequences unlike you. Mortal kombat 1&2 came out on pc. There's no need for consoles.

Think about this and remember it when you go out and try to change things as I said should happen.....the best gaming period that opened up everything was when the PC destroyed the amigas and commodore trash, and was able to expand into all the games we know about, the crpgs, diablo, rts and doom etc...then it closed down again as soon as M$ and others started consoles again (not saying there are zero decent console games) And here we are, with mobile phones the new consoles, taking huge chunks of the development funds open to the industry...but of course keep simplifying everything into, "I like this, I like that, therefore every-ting guD", if you don't care about anything. Keep being a couchgamer revisionist like that who doesn't know any history.

Best gaming period is highly subjective, and personally I don't care about anyone's else subjective opinion.

You'll just have to realize that most people game on mobile these days. It is by far the largest gaming market. It's not even close. So while you "REEEEEEE" about history, know your viewpoint is just that: history. It doesn't represent the majority of gamers' interests, and ultimately, that's where the money will go, it will follow the paying customers.
Yeah this price is over-the top, for a 2001 game? I find it odd that every place (Steam, Nintendo, Playstation ...) lists it as a 2021 game. It's not a remake or remaster, just a quickly assembled port (with all the issues it brings). GOG doesn't even list the year.
Nice to see this finally ported but the price and lack of extras is disappointing.

Your opinion. No one cares on the internet.

I don't give a fuck.

Edit: A healthy attitude to have on the internet.

Seems like an action RPG.

Hack n' Slay.
Great release, but way too expensive.
Remember seeing console copies of Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance at varioius retailers. I was hesitant about buying it, especially when there are other game competing for my wallet.

Wishlisted for now, but currently a lower priority.
