I'm actually about halfway through the Steam version of SOW, and I have to say I like the game more than Shadow of Mordor. Man, GOG has been on a roll. They added premium titles that I bought on Steam because I thought they'd never come to GOG, e.g., The Arkham games, Mad Max, Alien Isolation, Skyrim, and now the Middle Earth games.

You're doing an amazing job, GOG folks!

WOW, this is HUGE! The steam version is STILL infected with denuvo, so GoG did the near impossible; acquired a denuvo-infected title for the store!

bluethief: That's because the WB has a BYOB, where if have you have between 5 to 9 games from WB you get an aditional 5% discount.

Shadow of Mordor is eligible and you must certainly own at least 5 games from WB.

I thought that was the case but at that time I only owned FEAR 1, FEAR 2, and Mad Max. I didnt own any of Batman series or others.

Might be a glitch from GOG side or there's another discount we missed.

Wow, that took a lot less time than I expected.
Hopefully this is a sign that WBGames was satisfied with the release of first one and we'll see an addition to the catalog in the near future.
For example MK:KE. If it's really about Freddy, I'm sure the GOG tech team is quite prepared and will be able to cut him out, thus getting another exclusive. Because now it's already impossible to buy it digitally.

The extra discount also doesn't work on Lego DC Super-Villains Deluxe Edition. It does work on the standard edition though.

tomimt: I just couldn't play this one through. I liked the first game, but this one is just a boring, pointless grind fest.
Same here. First game was much more streamlined. In second game they added regions to conquer. Looked fun, but after first few it became repetitive. I also liked orc design in Mordor more. They look cartoony in War.

The extra discount is for the ones listed as "Build your own bundle" and I can confirm Mortal Kombat Trilogy and F.E.A.R. Platinum work, at least for someone with 10+ games (20% and 95% respectively).
