Are car engine sounds authentic?
Masterpiece of a game, the way the game "flows" while playing is perfect. Its seemless driving and overall the game is better than Absolute Drift: Zen Edition in terms of how the game plays. Except for one thing.

This game is way more difficult to control than Absolute Drift: Zen Edition I think as art of rally feels extremly different compared to AD:ZE, but in a good way however. It seems to be intentional however. I miss a small tutorial/driving school of sorts.

I was able to drift once, the game does seem to slow down while doing so but it could just be me.

Hopefully I can get the hang of it. It took me a while to get a hang of AD:ZE and I'm sure I get a hang of this game as well.

Kind of looks almost like a LEGO game.

Yeah, especially the crowd, haha (¬‿¬)

I would like to lower the camera, the lowest variation is "1", but it still isn't low enough. And maybe zoom a bit in.
Also, there is a fov option, the max. setting is 48.

Here is a test video (watch from 6:50 onward):

A power move, but I'm not entirely sold until I see a Subaru.

Well, there is a subaru in this game, it takes a few hours of playtime until you get one though.

There are even screenshots online showing one.

Given my last encounter with Rallycars was Super Off Road: The Baja on SNES; literally anything would be an improvement.
The videos all show top-down/external only view. Do you not drive these cars in first-person in-cockpit?

You do not. Top-down driving only.

Bruh, you're asking too much for a small budget indie studio. This game is still pretty fun tho.
