WOW! Gog has been releasing a game nearly every weekday! Thanks gog for bringing this over here, I now can un-flag this from my steam wishlist!

While the gameplay I have seen doesn't seem bad, I still think the low-pixel character textures vs more detailed environment is a bit jarring.

I also don't understand this. The weapons have high resolution textures, also most of the environment, but the character are pixel textured and like from Descent made in 1994. Why?

Then why didn't they do the whole game with pixelized textures or the whole game wtih high res textures?

All in all it looks like, someone didn't finish the games graphics or, that are two different graphic mods installed.

Graphics are imo good, retro style all in all fit in from what I've seen on youtube.

The weapon models are sprites and when you look at the environment textures you'll see that they also are all very pixelated. The game just looks very pretty because of nice lighting and an overall very awesome art style.

There was a tweet about a potential DUSK + Amid Evil bundle coming SOON.
Possibly for the Steam sale. And i think maybe it'll be available here too?
