Sometimes the best defense...is tower defense!

Aegis Defenders is now available DRM-free on GOG.com.
Bursting with mysterious ancient technology, the legendary Aegis might be just what you and your fellow Ruinhunters need to save your village from the nefarious Empire.
Explore the land of Elam with four different, customizable characters, build powerful machines to defend your position or platform your way forward. To achieve the loudest possible coordination, you can also play this Metroidvania/tower defense hybrid in split-screen co-op mode!

Get the official soundtrack for your collection.
Looks like a refreshing take on the genre. Nice job devs, hopefully it sells well for you :)

HUMANITY HAS BEEN BROUGHT BACK INTO THE DARK AGES
Pretty much my exact thoughts every time I see another pixelated game.
It look interesting though the trailer and the screenshots clearly show co-op, while the store page says there's only singleplayer mode, please look into this.
Humble Bundle is a publisher now? The game looks nice but I havent seen things that would look like tower defense in the gameplay trailer.

Yes, you should see who owns Humble Bundle now.

edit: Oh fine, it's IGN.

They started as such last year, this is the first game on gOg, I believe.

here is a list of games from a different vendor - http://store.steampowered.com/search/?publisher=Humble%20Bundle
Looks very cool. Not really sure how the tower defense works from the trailer.
The surprise at the end was cool too.

I like the art in this game, but, well played.
Thought it was a towerdefense game but its a platform game.
I don't think it's something i'd enjoy (even though i wouldn't mind to try the split-screen multiprayer mode), but sure looks charming artwork-wise.
YEEEEES! Now get Full Metal Furies and Tower of Time!
Now I haven't played it yet, but judging by the description, it's a strong contender for the title of ultimate fantasy heartbreaker. (Thought the pixel art is ever so slightly suspicious.)
Here's hoping that Kickstarter backers can get GOG keys.

As someone who doesn't kickstart video games it seems odd that they wouldn't tell backers. What would be the incentive to back at a tier where you're offered a key when you don't know if your distribution platform of choice is supported? (besides "charity", obviously...)
