What are your favorite relaxing games on GoG? Looking for some recommendations on games I can easily get into or unwind with before bed, while listening to music or podcasts, or just talking with friends. Not really looking for a challenge or anything like that with these. Maybe a game with relaxing music or laid back vibe to it or a cool setting to explore.

So far on my list I'd go with Stardew Valley and the Heroes of Might and Magic series.

Cadaver747: Gorogoa
I second those two. Also:

Race the Sun (esp. with Sunrise DLC)
HuniePop (yeah, yeah...)
Flower
Abzu
Tiny Bang Story
My Brother Rabbit
Train Fever/Transport Fever
Reigns (and variants)
Ether One
No Man's Sky (if you play it that way)
X - series (if you play it that way)
Layers of Fear (I guess I'm weird..., but there is no real threat in the first game)
My Time at Portia
The Longing
Waking Mars would fit the bill I believe
Any of the Artifex Mundi HOGs, and Surviving Mars.
I just started playing hard truck 2 king of the road and i find it quite relaxing driving around some stuff from point A to B
Anno 1404; you can make it as easy as you want and it sports a great soundtrack too
The Curious Expedition; easy to get into, it can get challenging by the end of expeditions depending on your actions and your will (=greed) to explore more
Banished...

Pajama Sam adventure games; personally I'd wait for a sale.

sort of relaxing, iirc: Flight of the Amazon Queen, World of Goo

freeware: Speedy Blupi 1 and 2, and maybe other Blupi games - http://blupi.org/

I'd even go so far as to say (despite the gore and violence) Postal 2 if you play on easy, but that's moreso atmospheric and explorational than relaxing (the background sounds like birds chirping or mall music) :P
GOMO
RiME
Terraria
Braid

perhaps https://www.gog.com/game/little_big_adventure as well
This is kinda left field, but Hypnospace Outlaw.
Any Myst; especially if you wait for the upcoming Retelling.
Botanicula.
