I'll let a bluetext nagivate that EU regulatory minefield. Meanwhile, I finally got my clunker of a script to detect sale prices:

Attaching the update below, for anyone who wants to see bad code in its raw form. Right-click the attachment, choose Save As, and rename the file to pricecheck.pl. I had to fool the attach script into thinking it's an image.

"In order to provide the Polish versions of games at a price suitable for the Polish market, we have to restrict our purchases to Poland".

I really don't know much about CDP.pl, just wanted comment on that google translate you posted :)
Let's be clear : the true reason is probably licence restrictions. That in turn would allow lower prices. Maybe that would be valid ( in fact I'm certain there is a way to present a valid reason that would resist any possible scrutiny ) . But as they state it, they provide a reason that is somewhat shocking and appears as a pure willingness to implement customer discrimination based on nationality.. Maybe they should express it a bit differently,

Again, I just wanted to comment on google translate's inability to properly translate Polish. I have no idea why CDP.pl operates the way they do :) Different company and all :)

EU regulations certainly end up being detrimental to the rectal integrity of flies in Brussels and Luxembourg.... with so many people ready to discuss even the slightest detail in depth.

Thanks for the translation :) If regional restriction is implemented "properly" here(there are a scary number of games jumping into that category now), can I see a GOG bear barking at me if I try to circumvent regional pricing? I can lend you a koala if you are lacking in GOG bears :)
