Good News™ - it's the sugar coating on every bitter pill.
As PaterAlf said above, we could still use this thread to point out games that give a fair price package. Like Titan Souls and its Digital Special Edition.

I have no objection to people continuing to use this thread for posting. It's got a lot of history and content and doesn't need to be dropped outright. It's merely my preference to be sure that price updates appear in the Flat Priced thread, where I will be using them to maintain the list. They can certainly be cross-posted here too.

I'm afraid it's too much work for me to split my reports over three threads. I prefer to use two threads only: one for non-price changes (what did just update) and one for price changes (either this or the flat price thread).

In that case, one question; what if the remaining flat-priced games end up flattened?

I don't really care what's the title of the thread I am to post in, as long as it is one thread. You choose, I shall follow.

Then I guess discussion pretty much comes to an end. Without contrast there is no image. Is a black-and-white picture that's all-black still a picture?

I suppose we could either default back to whichever thread has the most content, or just start a new one like "Pricing Updates On GOG".

"Games which give a fair price package"? "Games with fixed prices outside of Russia"? There are many possibilities, but I'm afraid we might receive a monkey wrench from GOG to our plans.

I agree. If the Flat Price stuff fails out, I think the only safe course is an agnostic "Price Updates" thread. That would just report changes without assigning any further significance, since said significances are clearly fungible.

Perhaps we can call it "Games that GOG is playing with us".

I think that such a thread will never end.
Pricing Updates sounds good to me

Agreed, I think that's the least volatile. If mrkgnao wants to start such a thread for posting the logs, I can easily pull what I need from there. And that could also centralise the discussion and future-proof it against other changes.

How about I use "What did just update" for everything?

Can do if you like, you're the one doing all the work. My only reservation in that regard is that the discussions there are all over the place, so may not be as focused as in a dedicated thread. But that's of minor importance.
