Most games on the "to be discontinued" list are older titles, that have been been sold as "megapacks" on disks, then dvds, then almost everywehere. GOG might not want to offer "fair pricing" credts to its customers in exchange for regional pricing on such titles. More so, if they accept it, it won't be long before we get that on Tommo, Activision and EA titles.
Anyway, I'm now pessimistic on GOG's future. The DRM free revolution is like a bicycle, if it can't keep moving forward ( ie gets additional interesting titles ) , it's bound to fall
