Oh, the irony; the devs are known to have no respect for their customers, or anyone else besides themselves for that matter.

The devs have apparently sold the game to others.

Good for the game and the gamers, I guess. The question of whether the devs get any royalties is a good one, too bad it wasn't answered in a direct and clear manner.

That's a shame. Would've bought it right away, because I liked Spud's Quest and because the developer is a nice guy (had mail contact with him in the past).

Anyone else thinks that the regional pricing on this one is interesting? It's cheaper in most European countries, in Brazil, Australia and in Russia, but most expensive in the UK (in fact the only region that has a higher price than the USA).

That's because the Euro has been dropping. There are actually quite a few games that used to be more expensive in Europe than the US that are now cheaper because of this exchange rate trend.
